Automatic trips aren’t starting or stopping
Check that Auto-Detect is enabled and that Motion & Fitness and Location permissions are allowed in iPhone Settings. Always Location supports recording while the screen is locked. Automatic trips require sustained driving and a confirmed stop, so short movements or brief pauses may not immediately start or end a trip. Use manual tracking when needed and review your trip history.
How many automatic trips are free?
The planned free allowance is 50 automatically detected trips per calendar month, plus unlimited manual tracking and CSV exports. Full PRO includes unlimited automatic trips and additional tools.
How do I export my records?
Use the app’s reporting and export tools to save a CSV mileage log. Full PRO adds PDF reports and supporting expense tools. Keep an exported copy of important records before changing phones or removing the app.
I purchased a plan, but the features are locked
Check that you’re using the Apple Account that made the purchase, then use Restore Purchases in the app’s subscription screen. Subscription status and billing can also be checked in iPhone Settings under your Apple Account and Subscriptions.
How do maintenance reminders work?
Keep the vehicle’s odometer current, review service intervals and record completed services. Reminders use your vehicle records and tracked mileage. Use your owner’s manual for official manufacturer requirements.

For a support request, include your app version, iPhone model, iOS version and a brief description of what happened. For a tracking issue, note whether the phone was locked and whether the trip started late, stopped early or was missed.
